Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen talked in a recent interview about writing new music and the Just Like '73 single.

The song was premiered one 13th June and then given a worldwide digital release.

The first release of new material since the 'Diamond Star Halos' album in May 2022.

Phil has spoken in a new interview about the current single, the 2024 tour, guitars, Mutt Lange and the Pyromania album.

Phil also spoke about writing new music with Joe for what will become the next full length studio album.

This follows on from his words in August and Joe and Sav all talking about music for a new album.

Joe told Classic Rock in an August interview that the band were actively recording for the next album.

Phil was also recently interviewed and said the band were already making a new album.

Phil also once again recounts the story of how Just Like '73 was left over from the 'Diamond Star Halos' sessions.
