RICK SAVAGE Reveals DEF LEPPARD Recording Songs For Next Album On Tour
Def Leppard 2024
Def Leppard bassist Rick Savage has given an update on the progress of the next studio album.
'Just Like '73' was premiered one 13th June and then given a worldwide digital release.
The first release of new material since the 'Diamond Star Halos' album in May 2022.
The 'Pyromania 40th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition' box set was released in April 2024.
Next Studio Album
In a new video Sav showed his mobile recording studio equipment/laptop.
He also revealed the band were currently recording songs on the road for the next studio album.
This follows up news about the next album from Joe and Phil in recent weeks and suggests perhaps a new album release in 2025 is possible.
Joe told Classic Rock in an August interview that the band were actively recording for the next album.
Phil was also recently interviewed and said the band were already making a new album.

The band posted a new tour video which shows Sav inviting people into his private tour bus.
