Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott has commented on Vivian Campbell's current health situation and the show in León, Mexico.
Def Leppard kicked off their 2025 in León, Mexico at Foro Mazda on 18th January.
A triumphant one-off festival performance in front of almost 20,000 fans.

For those of us who did not listen live to The Joe Elliott Show on Saturday, we missed Joe addressing Vivian's health before show time.
As it turns out Joe talked about Vivian having to miss the concert at the start of his weekly Planet Rock show.

Including the good news that he is "doing really well" but currently "not allowed to travel".

You can also read the full comments he made before Foolin' which have now been corrected after better audio from a YouTube video.
Joe actually referred to Vivian's treatment in the past tense using the word "recovering" - which was not full audible on the Facebook Live video as the show was going on.
Joe also talked on his radio show about the rehearsals being interrupted by the LA fires and that the Mexico show had been booked for a while.
He also sounded positive and hopeful that things will be back to normal by the next show in May.
