DEF LEPPARD To Return To AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 20th August

Def Leppard have just been announced to appear on an upcoming episode of America's Got Talent on US TV.
Another appearance has been confirmed for 2025.
America's Got Talent
Def Leppard have just been announced as the guest performer on an upcoming episode of America's Got Talent.
The band return for the second time to this show on Wednesday 20th August which is now on both NBC and Peacock.
They previously played on the results show in September 2011 when Sharon Osbourne was one of the hosts.
The show is now in its 20th season and features Howie Mandel, Simon Cowell and Mel B among the hosts.
This is the band's first network USA TV appearance since May 2022 when they played on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
The show is now filmed at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, CA (the scene of Michael Jackson's first 'Moonwalk' moment in March 1983).
18th August Taping
The band play a show in Highland, CA on 20th August so this appearance is being taped on Monday 18th August - see "Tickets" link on the NBC site.
Setlist/Las Vegas Residency
It seems the band will use this appearance to promote the Las Vegas Residency with probable mentions by the host before or after they perform.
A somewhat random TV appearance near the end of the US tour would not be for any new release (and there hasn't been one since January).
Last time in 2011 they performed a medley of Rock Of Ages and PSSOM.
'Just Like '73' may make it's TV debut after already being filmed during the SiriusXM show in 2024.
