DEF LEPPARD Remove Mexico Rock The Tides Festival From Tour Schedule

Def Leppard have this week removed a festival show announced for November in Mexico alongside Motley Crue from their tour schedule.
The show was first announced in April 2025.
Mexico Festival Cancelled(?)
Def Leppard were due to play the Rock The Tides festival over the weekend of 7th, 8th and 9th November in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Which would have been their first ever visit to this city.
Over the past week or so both Def Leppard and Motley Crue have quietly removed this festival from their tour schedules.
Motley crue have also removed the news announcement from their site.
Other Bands
Other scheduled acts who have also removed the show from their sites include - Bret Michaels, Buckcherry, Moon Walker and Dorothy.
Those who still list it are - Extreme, The Struts, Living Colour and Velvet Daydream.
Festival Website/Socials Deleted
The festival website is no longer accessible and their social profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok have all been removed.
The only thing left is the YouTube account which still has the announcement video up.
A quick Google search will show you this message from the "AI Overview" - "There is no information available to suggest the Rock the Tides festival in Mexico has been cancelled.".
Maybe not for Google but it seems Def Leppard and Motley will not be appearing, or the other acts mentioned above.
A similar situation perhaps to the Immokalee, FL Harvest Nights festival in January that was also quietly cancelled but at least did have some local press coverage mentioning the cancellation.
This means the last show scheduled for this year currently is on 11th October in Gary, IN.
Now just one show each in September and October after the main US/CAN summer tour ends on 31st August.
Tickets for this show had gone on sale on 23rd April.
