On This Day in Def Leppard History - 26th August, the following concerts and events took place. Including the band's second ever show in Sheffield, England on this day in 1978.
On this day in 2014 it was confirmed that the band would return to Wembley Stadium in London, England on 28th September to play a pregame performance before the NFL international series game between Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins. Their first UK live appearance in 3 years and first time playing the new Wembley Stadium which was reopened in 2007.
Tesla released their live album 'Mechanical Resonance LIVE!' on this day in 2016 featuring the Phil Collen produced song 'Save That Goodness'.
Another 2025 tour show takes place tonight in St. Paul, MN with Def Leppard starting after 8pm CDT.
