The venue is located 8.5 miles to the North West of the city centre of St. Paul, MN and within the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The fair was opened in 1854.

It has hosted concerts since at least August 1971.

An 18 song set with 'Die Hard The Hunter' dropped and 'When Love & Hate Collide' added to the main tour set after its debut in Vancouver.

Jo eled the crowd in singing 'Happy Birthday' to Vivian in honour of his 63rd birthday the day before the show.
