Def Leppard have just announced the release of the Diamond Star Heroes Live From Sheffield concert film for November 2025.

The May 2023 concert in Sheffield is finally being released.

The concert film of Def Leppard's homecoming show at Bramall Lane in Sheffield in May 2023 will be released in November 2025.

The 'Diamond Star Heroes Live From Sheffield' concert film and album is released on Friday 21st November 2025 by Mercury Studios.

Joe first announced the filming during the show on 22nd May 2023 when they played a 17 song setlist at the home of Joe's favourite team Sheffield United.

The first official show of the UK/European leg of 'The World Tour 2023' with Motley Crue.

Coming just days after the live streamed show at The Leadmill.

Multiple Formats

The main concert film is released on DVD and Blu-ray.

Plus a Blu-ray/2CD package, a black, red & white splatter 2LP vinyl version and 2CD release.

The 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray version also includes the full 'Live At The Leadmill' film.

Both of these films were announced already by Mercury Studios on their website in March 2024 without any specific release details.

After the live stream 'Live At The Leadmill' was of course released on vinyl for Record Store Day 2024 and then got a full release later in the year on multiple formats.

Def Leppard Diamond Star Heroes Live From Sheffield - News Quotes

On May 22, 2023, 47 years after their birth, Def Leppard returned to their home city to perform their second ever stadium concert in Sheffield at Bramall Lane.

Kicking off their European tour, this monumental homecoming show was performed to a sold-out roaring crowd of almost 40,000 fans. It includes classics Photograph and Pour Some Sugar on Me as well as UK live debuts Take What You Want and This Guitar, the latter dedicated to the band’s late great guitarist Steve Clark.

Days earlier, Def Leppard revisited their club days and playing an intimate show in front of just under 900 die-hard fans at The Leadmill in their hometown of Sheffield. Those lucky enough to score a ticket to one of the group’s most unique shows in years were treated to a set filled with hits and rarities spanning their entire catalog from “On Through The Night” to the band’s most recent album “Diamond Star Halos”.

This is the first time “One Night Only Live At The Leadmill” is available in 4K UHD.

This 2LP package is pressed on black, red & white splatter vinyl.
