Def Leppard played show number 14 of The Stadium Tour in Cleveland, OH last night with 17 songs performed.

The show took place at the 67,895 capacity FirstEnergy Stadium.

The first show in Cleveland since May 2018 on the Journey co-headline tour.

The 20th show by the band in this city and first time at this venue.

The first visit here took place in July 1980 at Cleveland Lakefront Stadium.

Their first ever stadium show in front of almost 49,000 fans as support to Bob Seger at the World Series Of Rock show.

First Stadium Show 1980

That stadium once stood on the same site as FirstEnergy Stadium so the band were returning to the scene of their first stadium event 42 years later.

All looked good weather wise before this show and as the fans entered the stadium it still looked good.

Show #14 - Hello Cleveland

Yes the sun was shining in Cleveland on the neighbouring Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Museum and on the FirstEnergy Stadium.

A local news helicopter captured the scene from above as fans entered the venue and Classless Act and Joan Jett started things off.

No "Show Pause" signs, no delays and NO rain.

Cleveland Rocks

The band got things started in fine style at 7:30pm with the familiar countdown and opening song 'Take What You Want'.

A quick "Good Evening Cleveland" and they went right into a blistering version of 'Let It Go'.

Joe then summed up the evening with the words - "Cleveland Rocks. It f**king well does.".

And rock they did with 'Animal' and the always awesome 'Foolin''.

Helped by a band on fire and a sold out crowd the show continued through the semi-acoustic section and up to PSSOM.

Four little words (that mean so much) before 'Rock Of Ages' and then 'Photograph' finished up show 14 of The Stadium Tour.

The long overdue good weather looks set to continue in Cincinnati where Def Leppard close the night (tonight).

The Setlist Remains The Same Led Zeppelin would say. No changes for the 17 song setlist played for the third show in a row.

The 'Let It Go' / 'Promises' set seems likely to stay in place for the remaining four shows on this leg which ends on the 21st July.

Motley Crue

The regular 15 song setlist played once more.
