The current venue is located 3.9 miles to the South West of the city centre of Montpellier in the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Védas.
The original venue named Salle Victoire may have been located in the same place as the current one.
A newer venue holding 660 people called Salle Victoire 2 was opened in 1987 which may be the same building reopened.
The second visit to this city in 1983 and a newly discovered show (in 2020) via Joe's mention of it on the audience recording of the following French show in Bordeaux.
(2024 Update) - The date and venue of this show have been corrected thanks to the band's 'Definitely The Official Story Of' book from 2023.
It did not take place on 31st October and was not at the Grand Odeon which was the larger venue played in March.
Joe referred to the last French show in Bordeaux which was here and played after Hyeres and before three shows in Spain.
