- Location / Madrid, Spain
- Venue / Pabellón de la Ciudad Deportiva del Real Madrid
The first show by the band in this city since July 1981 on the High 'n' Dry tour.
The first time at this venue.
The venue is located in the North of the city.
It was opened in January 1966.
It hosted concerts from at least March 1975 to mid 1998.
It was closed and demolished in August 2004 and the Embassy Of Australia building now stands in its place.
It was originally named as Pabellón de la Ciudad Deportiva del Real Madrid and then changed to Raimundo Saporta Pavilion in 1999.
The venue name was shortened to Pabellon Real Madrid on the tickets and posters.
This show was originally listed for the 29th October before changes were made to the schedule.
'High 'N' Dry (Saturday Night)' and 'Billy's Got A Gun' were recorded for broadcast on Spanish TV (See Fan Videos and Photo sections).
A decent quality audience recording of the full show also exists.
