It was opened in 1984.
It was closed down in 1998 and hosted concerts until at least October of that year.
The venue building still stands but is no longer in use.
Four songs - "Hysteria", 'Photograph', 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' and 'Let's Get Rocked' were recorded by the band and filmed by MTV Europe.
The footage broadcast in full during the JJanuary 1993 MTV Sunday although part of 'Photograph' aired in the 1992 Rockumentary.
They were also broadcast on local UK radio in 1992.
In Japan the songs were released as the "In The Clubs, In Your Face" live EP that was included with the 'Adrenalize Mega Edition' and was also included as CD2 on the European 'Miss You In A Heartbeat' single in 1993.
'LGR' was used as a B-Side on the 'Heaven Is' single with the other three tracks spread out over CD1 and 2/12" Picture Disc of the Tonight single.
'Hysteria' was only released on CD for the Miss You In A Heartbeat single and the Japanese EP mentioned above.
Along with the brilliant footage from MTV it was also recorded by an audience member as a full DVD/2CD.
