Show Notes

The first show in this city since March 1988 on the Hysteria tour. A slight setlist change with 'Armageddon It' and 'PSSOM' swapped around. A Ross Halfin picture of Rick Allen from this show (see Gallery) was one of the first ever published showing his left shoulder and no T-shirt covering it. He had started playing the last part of these shows without one before using a towel to cover it when taking the applause alongside the rest of the band at the end.

As with the previous show in Milan two audience recordings exist, one of the full show and one with 12 tracks (including Viv's solo) on Hammer Records (HR-30001). Strangely this version was listed as being recorded at the Amsterdam show in June when clearly Joe starts off "Tear It Down" with "Def Leppard in Frankfurt, we're gonna Tear It Down!". 12 songs highlighted on the right with a *. Both recordings are of high quality.
