Def Leppard have just announced a new festival show in Chelmsford, England for this September.
Another festival show has been confirmed for 2025.

Def Leppard have just announced a new tour date for this September.
They will play the BBC Radio 2 In The Park concert on 7th September in Chelmsford, England.
Their first ever visit to this city.
This show is broadcast live on BBC Radio and video will be available on the BBC iPlayer.
This now explains Phil's comments last year about having "European stuff to do" in 2025.
The first UK show since 6th July 2023 in Glasgow and in England since 2nd July 2023 in Lytham.
Also their first show in Essex since playing Colchester in February 1980.
Three Day Festival
The event takes place from 5th to 7th September at Highlands Park.
This venue previously hosted the V Festival when it had a capacity of up to 90,000.
Other acts on the bill for Sunday include Anastacia, David Gray and fellow rock band Suede.
As noted in their press statement below Bryan Adams plays the Saturday night show.
Tickets for this show go on sale from Wednesday 4th June at 8:30am.
2024 Event
Last year's event took place at Moor Park in Preston with Sting as one of the headliners.
