The venue is located in Inglewood which is a city in Los Angeles County and 12 miles South West of Los Angeles city centre.
It was opened in December 1967 as The Forum and also commonly known as LA Forum.
From 1988 to 2004 it was known as Great Western Forum.
Since 2004 it was reverted to being called The Forum again and was renovated from 2012 to 2014.
'Rocket' was dropped from the show due to Vivian suffering the effects of a chemo treatment the day before.
It was later revealed he had struggled through this show due to extreme fatigue following his treatments.
Sav led Vivian off stage at the end of the show with his arm around him due to his disorientation.
George Lopez and Robert Deleo (STP/Delta Deep) attended the show.
A return to a venue last played in December 1992.
Since then the legendary 1983 show was released officially as part of the Pyromania Deluxe Edition in 2009.
