The venue is located in the Chiyoda City ward in the city centre.
It was opened in October 1964 and originally built for use in the 1964 Summer Olympics as a Judo venue.
The venue name translates to Martial Arts Hall.
A mixed up setlist with 'Rock! Rock!' back in and 'Photograph' not played.
'Two Steps Behind' replaced 'Tonight' as the acoustic track. It had been played live on local TV by Joe and Phil during this visit.
'LGR' was moved to the end of the set and 'PSSOM' played as the last encore track for the first recorded time.
It's very likely the live album intro was played live at the start of 'Rock! Rock!' before it was used at every show during the final North American leg of the tour.
The first time the album intro had been played live this way since Phil Collen's first show at The Marquee Club in London in February 1983.
