The venue was closed in May 1997 and then demolished in July 1997.

Extra filming was done here for the 'In The Round-In Your Face' video.
Some scenes of the crowd were also used in the updated US video for 'Armageddon It'.
Whilst here the band also filmed the MTV Rockumentary which included Joe Elliott's tour of the stage with VJ Adam Curry.
Earlier on the same day Love Bites went to Number One on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
