The venue was located in the North of the village of South Yarmouth which is near Cape Cod and 76 miles South East of the city of Boston.
It was opened in 1972.
The venue was closed as an arena in June 1984.
The building is now a distribution facility.
This was the first show back since Buffalo, NY on 12th June.
Joe had to take a break from singing due to throat problems from constant touring since early February.
Eights shows were affected with 7 rescheduled and one cancelled.
These were - South Bend, IN (14th June), Detroit, MI (15th June), Saginaw, MI (16th June), Charlevoix, MI (18th June), Erie, PA (20th June) and Rochester, NY on 22nd June.
The Saginaw show had to be cancelled but all others were rescheduled and played.
