The first show by the band in this city since August 1981 on the High 'n' Dry tour.

Another show supporting Billy Squier on his 'Emotions In Motion' tour.

The first time at this venue.

The venue was located in the city centre.

It was opened in September 1974.

It was closed down in October 1999 and then demolished in July 2001.

The site of the old arena is just a few blocks north east of the Bankers Life Fieldhouse arena and Lucas Oil Stadium.

By this time the band's own headlining tour had been announced and was due to start at the end of April.

Both the the 'Pyromania' album and 'Photograph' single were rapidly climbing the charts and they were getting as good if not better crowd responses than the headline act Billy Squier.

The local review twice lists 'Die Hard The Hunter' as having been played at this show. It is likely a mistake and they meant 'Billy's Got A Gun' but also possible the band only played it once as they later did with 'Action! Not Words' at the first headline show in Odessa, TX in April.
