The venue is located in Trotwood which is a city and suburb 6.4 miles North West of the city centre of Dayton.
It is also known locally as the Trotwood Dome.
It was opened in 1954.
The venue was closed in August 2016 and is set to be demolished.
In May 2019 the arena building was damaged when a major storm and tornado hit the local area.
