- Location / Manchester, England
- Venue / Manchester Apollo/Apollo Theatre
The first show by the band in this city since September 1979 on the Sammy Hagar support tour.
The first time at this venue and first of two shows here.
The venue is located to the south west of the city centre.
It was opened in August 1938 as the Apollo theatre which was its name until 1962 (and again in 2010).
It was then named as the Manchester Apollo from 1962 to 2003 before becoming the Carling Apollo Manchester until 2010.
Since September 2010 it has been named as the O2 Apollo Manchester.
A decent quality audience recording exists from this show.
