On This Day in Def Leppard History - 24th January, the following concerts and events took place. Including the debut Japanese show during the Pyromania tour on this day in 1984.
The band played the first of three Japanese concerts in Tokyo at the Shibuya Kokaido venue.
Joe and Phil had travelled to Japan for a promo trip in late 1983 but these were the first shows by the band in this country.
During this trip they performed 'Rock! Rock!', 'Rock Of Ages' and 'Photograph' on various TV shows including the clip used on 'Historia'.

On this day in 2017 Joe appeared at the first of two 'Celebrating David Bowie' shows in Los Angeles, CA.
