12 Years Ago JOE ELLIOTT/PHIL COLLEN At BILLBOARD Awards (Video/Photos)

Def Leppard members Joe Elliott and Phil Collen attended the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, NV on 4th December 2006 and fan footage/photos are available.

The event took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

They presented an award alongside actress Kristen Bell for Rock Single Of The Year.

Three Days Grace won the award ahead of fellow nominees Red Hot Chili Peppers and Godsmack.

Kristen has another connection to Def Leppard. Steve Clark's ex-girlfriend Lorelei Shellist once appeared on her show Veronica Mars.

Performers on the night included Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Fergie, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell and Ludacris.

This was the first time any band members had been presenters at a US awards show.

Joe was a co-presenter at the 1989 Brit Awards.
