On This Day in Def Leppard History - 31st August, the following concerts and events took place. Including a show in Mannheim, West Germany during the Monsters Of Rock tour on this day in 1986.

This was the final show of Rick Allen's comeback tour. The show was again headlined by Scorpions with Ozzy Osbourne, Lep, MSG, Bon Jovi and Warlock also playing.

Also on this day in 1987 the band played the first English show of the Hysteria world tour in their home city of Sheffield, England.
