The venue is located in downtown Jacksonville close to the St. Johns River and not far from the TIAA Bank Field Stadium.
It was opened in May 1984.
The seventh year of the festival was first held in May 2011.
Other acts on the bill included Pap Roach and Three Days Grace.
As with the previous show there was no Thrust but the video screens were used on the smaller outdoor stage.
Both 'Dangerous' and 'Man Enough' were played in this city for the first time.
