The venue is located in the city centre and next to the 43,302 capacity Stadion Miejski.
It was opened in December 1953 as Hala Torwar.
In 2016 the name was changed to Arena COS Torwar (COS = Central Sports Centre).
The band are supported by two local Polish bands. The same setlist played as the previous show in Vilnius with no changes.
Joe wore a black T-Shirt with 'Poland' written on the front during the encore.
