The venue is located in the downtown area of the city centre not far from the CenturyLink Center Omaha arena and close to the Missouri River .
It was opened in April 2011 and mostly used for baseball.
The festival was held for only two years in July 2011 and July 2012.
Def Leppard headlined the Main Stage along with Poison and Lita Ford and a B Stage featured the likes of Chad Lee, Marcos & Sabor, Toy Box, Moonjuice and Rock Paper Dynamite.
The regular Saturday night song 'HND' was played once more.
