The venue was located to the West of the city in the Summerlin South area and on the grounds of the Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa.

It was opened in 2011 as a temporary outdoor venue and hosted only six concerts from June to October 2012.

'Let It Go' with 'High 'n' Dry (Saturday Night)' in honour of the show taking place on a Saturday.

The first time it had been played in the USA since 29th August 2003 in State College, PA.
