The venue is located 4.9 miles to thje North West of the city centre on Syracuse, NY and close to the Onondaga Lake.
It was opened in 1980 and closed down in 2016 before being demolished as part of renovations to the fairgrounds site.
Concerts are now held on a regular festival stage set up at the site called Chevrolet Court at the New York State Fair which was opened in August 2004.
The fair itself has been running since September 1841.
The 'High 'n' Dry' opening was used again for this outdoor show.
