Def Leppard played a Stadium Tour show in Flushing, NY on 24th June and video footage is available.

The show took place at the 41,922 capacity Citi Field.

The first show in Flushing, NY and first in the New York City area since June 18th 2018.

Chele Drappel who was in attendance and reporting live from the show has shared some new footage from the concert.

The first is a requested clip of the new cover of David Bowie's 'Heroes' which is played on the PA shortly before the final countdown sequence to the show begins.

Joe has previously included snippets of the song at the end of 'Hysteria' including in 2016/2017 following David Bowie's death.

'Drive-In Saturday' was included on the 2006 'YEAH!' covers album and performed for the first time in January during the 'A Bowie Celebration' virtual concert.

The second clip is a great close up of Joe singing at the end of 'Foolin''.

Pre-Show Music/Countdown Updated

As you may have noticed the countdown video screen visuals have been updated over the last two shows.

More album artwork is now used and also during the end countdown sequence before 'Take What You Want' begins.

Abbey Road Studios?

You may remember a few weeks ago Vivian had mentioned a new recording session to a UK journalist at Abbey Road Studios in London would be taking place.

It is quite possible that this new cover was recorded there.

That should be confirmed/clarified if and when this new cover gets a full release.

The cover of 'Personal Jesus' was released via the Spotify Singles EP in July having debuted at shows in June 2018.
