DEF LEPPARD's DIAMOND STAR HALOS Album At #4 In UK Mid Week Chart

Def Leppard's Diamond Star Halos is set for a possible Top 5 entry on the UK album chart according to the mid week update.
'Diamond Star Halos' is the band's 12th studio album.
The album was announced on 17th March and then released on Friday 27th May 2022.
The Official UK Charts company have updated their mid week Top 100 chart.
This usually gives an strong indication of what the main chart will be on the Friday when it is announced.
Def Leppard's new album 'Diamond Star Halos' is currently showing at Number Four.
This could indicate their best chart entry since November 2004 when the 'Best Of Def Leppard' entered at Number Six.
If it does go Top Five it would also be the highest position for a studio album since 'Slang' reached Number Five in May 1996.
The self-titled album peaked at Number 11 in November 2015 after 'Songs From The Sparkle Lounge' had entered the Top Ten at Number Ten in April 2008.
