  • Location / Sheffield, England
  • Venue / Hallam FM Arena

The first show by the band in this city since July 2002 when a promo show was played at the same arena. The last full show was played here in October 1999 on the Euphoria tour.

The 6th time at this venue (fifth full show).

The venue is located to the North of the city centre and not far from where the Don Valley Stadium used to be.

It was opened in 1991 as Sheffield Arena it changed to Hallam FM arena from 2002 to 2007 before reverting to its original name. It was then Motorpoint Arena from 2010 to 2015, Sheffield Arena again from 2015 to 2017 and is currently the FlyDSA Arena.

Contest winner Mark Zack from San Jose won an auction to sing with the band and performed 'PSSOM' with them at the soundcheck as well as playing guitar. Joe sang background vocals.

The money raised (£5,000) was donated to the Hallam FM "Help a Hallam Child Toy Appeal".

The show was attended by ex-guitarist Pete Willis who took part in a backstage photo with Joe, Sav and Def Leppard E.P. drummer Frank Noon who was also at the show taking photos of the band. See Photo Galleries to view the pic.

Almost the same setlist was played as Wolverhampton but with 'Slang' added into the middle of the show. 'Wasted' was listed as the last encore song on the printed setlist but was not performed.

A very good audience recording exists for this show.
