The venue is located to the East of the city centre and within the grounds of the annual Summerfest music festival in Henry Maier Festival Park and on the coastline of Milwaukee Bay.
It was opened in 1987 as Marcus Amphitheater.
Since 2017 it has been known as American Family Insurance Amphitheater.
A couple of acoustic snippets were played before 'Two Steps Behind' including a Creedence Clearwater Revival song.
The media review mentions 'Tear It Down' but this sog was not played on the 1996/1997 tour.
