U2 played four early shows at the venue in 1980 and 1982.

The second of six Irish warm-up shows to prepare for the upcoming Monsters Of Rock festival tour.

Rick played the first three songs on his own with Status Quo drummer Jeff Rich joining in after that for the rest of the show.
