Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell has told fans that the Slang Reissue is due for release towards the end of the year.
This is the first update on the status of this proposed release since mid March.
Vivian has already said that at least one extra song will be included that was left off the original album and has since had new lyrics added to it. Various band members have stated the rights for the band to release the album again would "revert to them" later this year.
