Def Leppard performed a medley of 'Rock Of Ages' and 'PSSOM' during the results show. 'ROA' was played until after the first chorus, when the band went straight to the outro. 'PSSOM' was then played the same way.

Pyrotechnic effects were used throughout with the band playing in front of judges, Sharon Osbourne, Piers Morgan and Howie Mandel.
