DEF LEPPPARD Debut In LIMA, PERU On THE WORLD TOUR 2023 (Show Report/Setlist)

Def Leppard and Motley Crue played a show on The World Tour 2023 last night in Lima, Peru with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the 32,000 capacity Estadio San Marcos.
The fourth show of The World Tour 2023.
The first time at this venue and in this country.
The World Tour Show #4
The first time in Lima, Peru and the first show after the 'altitude-sickness-shortened' show in Bogota.
'Take What You Want' opened proceedings and the live footage was spectacular.
It may have been a much smaller show but the band were on fire once again and the crowd were very loud.
Lima did want to get rocked and they did in fine style.
Smaller Capacity Show
The pre-show photos and videos clips showed that the staging was basically at one end of the stadium.
This is usually the case of course but the stage was turned to face the end of the stadium leaving the other 70 percent unused.
The reduced capacity did not dampen sprits though and the section where the fans were was packed.
And in anything judging from the videos and photos they got to see the full stadium tour staging up close from every position on the field and every seat.
So much space was behind the stage that there was enough room for the next show here to have its stage set up facing across the stadium.
The full stage was already up for the Parammore show on 2nd March (as shown in the photos below).
Those who decided not to buy tickets for this show missed out.
The crowd was probably less than 10,000 but they made a lot of noise.
And as Joe said at the end the band may be back one day for show number 2.
Joe Back To Full Health
Joe seemed to have fully recovered from his issues in Colombia and sounded just as good as all of the other shows played so far in 2023.

Setlist
The full 17 song setlist was played once more.
'Foolin'' and 'Promises' both returned to the setlist having been left out in Colombia.
First Time In Peru/58th Country Played
The band's first ever concert in Peru and it becomes the 58th country they have played since starting their touring history in 1978.
Only Joe had performed here before in April 2010 with the Rock N Roll All-Stars.
Something he decicded not to mention during this show.
Technically it's the 59th country performed in as they made two playback only appearances in India in 1998 but did not play live.
The next Def Leppard show takes place on 3rd March in Santiago, Chile.
