2015 Studio Album Recording

"I've got a week off now, that's all I need and then I'm back on the Def Leppard album."

"Then we ramp back up and finish up the Leppard record and then we're back out all next year working all over the world."

"But with a new album coming out it could be a completely different plan next year. We've got to finish the record first. We started - we did a bunch of recording in February and May."

"So we get back to work on that record this Autumn or Fall as you guys like to call it. And hopefully we'll have the thing you know artwork, title, running order all nailed by January. We wanna put the record out by April/May."

"And then we'll start thinking then about where we're gonna go and play. It looks like we may start off on the other side of the world in like Australia, New Zealand, Japan etc and then work our way back through Europe and then come to the States July/August ."

"Fortunately we are nearly more than halfway through a new record. But we were missing some bits of Viv. And we recorded him on the road. You know we got him doing singing and guitar solos and backing vocals and all sorts of mad stuff. And we did it on days off so we really, really were busy this summer."

"Like I said we've got most of the backing tracks recorded so most of the stuff that needs to be done is a few guitar solos and quite a lot of vocals. Luckily the studio's at my house so that makes it convenient. I don't have to go anywhere we make the record and everybody else can spend a bit of time at home. If we can get the album ready by January we'd be looking at putting this thing out maybe - you know April/May. Something like that."
