  • Location / Chicago, IL, USA
  • Venue / Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island
  • Event / Loopfest

The first show by the band in this city since March 2003 on the X/Ten tour.

The first time at this venue.

The venue is located on Northerly Island on Lake Michigan which is 2.1 miles to the South East of the city centre.

It was opened in June 2005 as Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island.

From 2013 to 2017 it was known as FirstMerit Bank Pavilion.

Since 2017 it has been called Huntington Bank Pavilion.

In 2013 the venue was expanded to hold 30,000 people.

This show was a radio sponsored festival named Loopfest organised by local station 97.9 The Loop.

The venue is located very near to Soldier Field stadium where Joe attended the opening game of the FIFA football world cup in 1994.

Billy Squier (who played an all acoustic solo set) appeared on the same bill as Lep for the first time since April 1983 when they supported him on the opening dates of the North American 'Pyromania' tour.

A decent quality audience recording exists from this show.
