  • Location / Cambridge, England
  • Venue / Cambridge Corn Exchange

The first show by the band in this city since April 1980 on the debut UK headline tour.

The second time at this venue.

The venue is located in the city centre and close to the famous university and college buildings.

It was opened in 1875.

As well as concerts the hall is used for exams by the nearby University Of Cambridge.

Just down the road on Bene't Street is The Eagle pub where in February 1953 a scientist announced inside the building that he and a colleague had discovered the structure of DNA. This is marked on the outside of the building with a Blue Plaque.

The first and only time the band have played Side One of the 'High 'n' Dry' album in the UK to open a show (view the printed setlist in the Fan photos section).

A snippet of 'My Generation' was played during 'Rocket'.
