  • Location / Birmingham, England
  • Venue / Odeon Theatre

The first show by the band in this city since March 1983 on the first 'Pyromania' UK/European tour.

The fifth time at this venue.

The venue is located in the city centre next to the main New Street train station.

It was opened in September 1937 under the name Paramount Theatre.

The venue hosted concerts from 1942 to 1991 at the Odeon Theatre.

It was renovated in 1965, 1988, 1991 and 1998.

Since the early 1990s it has been a cinema and part of the nationwide Odeon chain.

The band were supported by young UK band Airrace for the three UK shows.

They featured Jason Bonham on drums.

A decent quality audience recording exists from this show.
