Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott presented an episode of Top Of The Pops in 1994 and the video is now available on the BBC iPlayer.

Joe appeared on Top Of The Pops in January 1994.

He was a guest presenter alongside regular host Tony Dortie during his promo tour for the 'Action' single and 'Retro-Active' album.

Joe is seen wearing a Sheffield United T-Shirt, sunglasses and a backwards baseball cap as he and Tony introduced various performances and videos.

One of the videos introduced is the 'Action' promo itself as the song was a new entry at Number 22 in the Top 40 chart during this week.

The only known time a Def Leppard promo video was played in full on the show with the chart rundown happening over the top.

The show was broadcast again for the first time since 20th January 1994 earlier tonight on BBC Four TV and is shown again at 2:15am on Saturday 21st January.
