Single Notes By dltourhistory

The first single from 'Slang' was released in April 1996. 'Slang' was the first single from the album in the UK. It reached number 17 on the UK Top chart. It was released as the second single in the US.

CD1 in the UK featured three acoustic tracks from October 1995 recorded at the BBC Radio studios. CD2 was a Limited Edition "Three Continents In One Day - Souvenir Pack". A CD housed in a dark red cardboard case featuring a Queen style royal logo. Inside on the CD sleeve were pics of memorabilia from the record attempt. Also included were four postcards. One had a message from Joe. The other three featured pics from each gig location - Tangier, London and Vancouver.

CD2 also included a new track and an alternate version of 'When Love & Hate Collide'.
