On This Day in Def Leppard History - 2nd April, the following concerts and events took place. Including a show in Monterrey, Mexico during the Slang tour 23 years ago on this day in 1997.

This show was the first visit to the city since September 1993 on the Adrenalize tour. It was also the opening night of a tour leg which included the band's first South American tour dates.
