JOE ELLIOTT On DEF LEPPARD's New DIAMOND STAR HALOS Album Remote Recording

Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott has been interviewed and talked about the new Diamond Star Halos album due for release in May.

'Diamond Star Halos' is the band's 12th studio album.

As announced on 17h March it will be released on Friday 27th May 2022.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone Joe talked about the making of the album and the upcoming 3 year Stadium Tour plans, new songs and more.

During his interview Joe talked about how the album work was first started and how they managed to record it during lockdown conditions.

Album Recording Start

Joe explained that it was a phone call between himself and Phil that started the process of making the new album.

Remote Recording/New Songs

He also talked about how the band worked remotely and have no plans to go back to the traditional way of working again.

Joe also gave a very positive view of the album by stating that the band have "made a truly great record".
