Joe and his band "Joe Elliott's Down 'N' Outz" playing a Mott The Hoople classic on their own and then being joined by most of the band for another classic Mott song. Part of the Tartan Clef Music Awards show where they presented Mott The Hoople with a Legend Award. The second time the band have played live. A one hour highlights show was broadcast on the Film24 channel on 6th December.
