Def Leppard and Motley Crue played a show on The World Tour 2023 last night in Santiago, Chile with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the 25,000 capacity Estadio Bicentenario de La Florida.
The fifth show of The World Tour 2023.
The first time at this venue.
The World Tour Show #5
Back in Santiago, Chile for the second time.
The fan entered the stadium at 4pm some three hours before the show started.
Competition winning band Whisky Blood got the show underway at 7pm and then as the sun began to set it was the turn of Def Leppard.
Starting 15 minutes after the scheduled 8pm start time the band opened with a bang once again with 'Take What You Want'.
A quick 'Hola' and 'Muchas Gracias' next. Followed by a now familiar question and 'Let's Got Rocked' continued the party.
20,000 Chilean fans singing loudly and fist pumping in the packed stadium.
Back To Full Capacity
Unlike the last show the stage was set up the regular way and facing the rest of the stadium which holds up to 25,000 for concerts.
.Perhaps not quite up to full capacity at the back of the floor area but still another vast crowd
And this crowd like the four shows before it got rocked in fine style once more.
All the way to to the usual ending of 'Rock Of Ages' and 'Photograph'.
Setlist
No changes as the 17 song setlist was played once again.
And perhaps now no more changes until at least the start of the UK/European leg in the band's home city of Sheffield.
Back In Chile
The band's first show in Santiago since September 2017.
That show had been their first in this city and country having had to cancel a show in April 1997 despite having already arrived in the country.
The band headlined the STGO Rock City festival at Estadio Monumental after Aerosmith had pulled out.
Oh and Sav wore pink again meaning this was a...#PinkSav show.
The next Def Leppard show takes place on 7th March in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
