DEF LEPPARD In SAN FRANCISCO, CA On THE STADIUM TOUR 2022 (Show Report/Setlist)

Def Leppard played show number 35 of The Stadium Tour in San Francisco, CA last night with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the 41,915 capacity Oracle Park.
The first visit to San Francisco since September 2018 on the co-headline tour with Journey.
The 7th show by the band in San Francisco and second time at this venue (known as AT&T Park in 2018).
The first visit here was in May 1980 at The Warfield Theatre during their debut American tour as support to Pat Travers.
After two shows at the Cow Palace in November 1987 hey would not return until December 2002 on the X/Ten tour.
The 2018 show was the next visit making this also one of the last played big American cities.
The band have played many shows in nearby Northern Californian cities in recent years such as Concord and Sacramento.
Show #35 - A Show By The Bay
Glorious sunshine and clear blue skies greeted the fans as the event started with Classless Act and Joan Jett.
Stunning weather for a stunning location right by San Francisco Bay with the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge as the backdrop.
Plus the many cargo ships and tankers sailing by having gone under the Golden Gate Bridge to the North.
The penultimate show of the 2022 tour saw the band back in another roof-less baseball stadium.
The stadium stands right by the water with views out over the bay and only 7 miles north of where Candlestick Park used to stand.
The site of The Beatles last ever show some 56 years ago on 29th August 1966.
And only 2 miles south of Alcatraz Island.
With perfect weather and a sold out stadium everything was in place for another great night on The Stadium Tour.
Last Closing Show
After the intro 'Take What You Want' kicked things off in fine style and minus the brief power failure that almost derailed the show the last time they played here in 2018.
Another great performance by the band and another very loud crowd singing along.
The last time the band will close a show on this particular leg of the tour.
As expected by now no changes to the setlist.
Once more over 30,000 fans were treated to a spectacular display by the band and their lighting/video crew.
35 shows done and now just one more to go this year.
A return to Las Vegas, Nevada which was the scene of the 12 date Sin City Residency in 2019.
It's safe to say they won't be breaking out 'Die Hard The Hunter' or 'Billy's Got A Gun' this time though.
