On This Day In Def Leppard History - 8th September 2019

Def Leppard History.

On This Day in Def Leppard History - 8th September, the following concerts and events took place. Including a show in London, England during the Hysteria tour on this day in 1987.

The second of three shows at Hammersmith Odeon was notable as one of the few shows on the Hysteria world tour that did not feature the song 'Hysteria' in the setlist. It was replaced for this show by future single 'Armageddon It'. Curiously this was also the case for five out of the remaining seven UK dates on this leg of the tour.

On this day in 1989 the band's first longform concert video 'Live: In The Round-In Your Face' was released on VHS in the UK.
