1 Year Ago DEF LEPPARD Announce STORY SO FAR Album/HYSTERIA SINGLES Box Set

Def Leppard announced three new releases on this day in 2018 including The Story So Far...The Best Of album.

The Story So Far...The Best Of Def Leppard was announced as Def Leppard's latest greatest hits album along with two other releases.

On the same day the 'We All Need Christmas single was released along with the announcement of the Hysteria Singles vinyl 7" box set.

The second Best Of released by the band after the first in 2004 which was simply titled 'Best Of Def Leppard'.

The fourth Greatest Hits release overall following Vault Greatest Hits 1980-1995 in 1995 and 2005's 'Rock Of Ages The Definitive Collection' which the US version of the UK Best Of.

The remixed version of 'Personal Jesus' was issued on the same day.

17 songs are included on the main regular 1CD album version with the same tracks as Vault UK version but in a different order. 'Personal Jesus' is included as the bonus 17th track.

The 2CD deluxe version features 18 tracks including three from the self-titled album of 2005.

'Rock On (Radio Remix)' was included commercially for the first time. Only previously streamed by the band in 2006. It features a different intro and extra percussion.

The album is also being released as a 2 LP vinyl edition including two new singles on a bonus 7" disc.
